Reserve Good Wheel Chickens
and pick up the first Saturday of the month (May-September).
These birds will be fresh and processed on farm in our own facility which means little to no transport stress, attention to detail and care from us the farmers, and the freshest poultry you’ve ever experienced. Our slow growing birds are all pasture and orchard raised and fed certified organic feed to supplement their foraging of forbs, seeds, insects, and grasses.

Whole Chicken Small Share (2 whole chickens per month at 5% off retail value) or
Whole Chicken Family Share (4 whole chickens per month at 10% off retail value)
Chicken Cuts Small Share (2 chickens of breast, quarters, wings & frames at 5% off)
Chicken Cuts Family Share (4 chickens of breast, quarters, wings & frames at 10% off)
Half & Half Small Share (1 whole chicken & 1 chicken cut-up per month at 5% off)
You’ll receive a total of 10 or 20 whole chickens, each averaging over 4 lbs. In short, becoming a CSA member ensures you a 5-10% discount, the best chicken dinner, and the peace of mind that you won’t miss out on our chickens when we sell out.
Pickup will be the first Saturday of the month at the North Asheville Tailgate Market (8 am - 12 pm).
Pickup dates: May 3, June 7, July 5, August 2, September 6.
